Discover Moc Gia's development milestones over time
Moc Gia’s predecessor was established in 2007 with a business model of renting and leasing boarding houses to serve students and office workers. The first product is located on Tran Van Dang Street, Ward 11, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. This is considered the starting foundation, creating a premise for the strong development of Moc Gia founded by Mr. Nguyen Van Hoc.
In 2011 – 2015, we officially expanded our business model, providing the market with over 1,000 motels covering all districts: Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, District 3, District 7, District 10 and District 1.
The first shareholders, with their professional abilities, constant learning and sensitivity to the market, in 2015 began entering the Office for Rent business model. The first product is located at 385A Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2017, Gia Phat company was established.
In particular, on November 8, 2019, it was renamed Moc Gia, marking strong development in the field of office building leasing and leasing and has created reputation in the market.
Although Moc Gia is young, it is very proud to have leaders who are pioneers in the field of rental and leasing. After more than 3 years of official operation, Moc Gia is currently one of the leading brands in the industry in Ho Chi Minh City trusted and chosen by customers and investors. After more than 3 years of operation, up to now Moc Gia currently operates nearly 40,000 square meters of rental area, serving over 100 customers with a staff of over 80 people.
